You’ll find belonging, purpose, and a team that welcomes you—because when you feel valued, you’re empowered to do your best work.Job SummaryThe Senior Sales Transactions Administrator handles administrative tasks for account executives and sales representatives related to all transactional requests, and acts as a SME as it relates to all department process and procedures.ResponsibilitiesTransactional ProcessingMonitors and manages quote request queuesIs responsible for the creation of New, MACD, Amendment, Renewal, and Termination quotes and service ordersValidates quoting info provided by Account Executive for non-standard quotesFollows up directly with AE on any clarifications or additional info requiredIs responsible for accurate and timely creation of all assigned quote requests, including initial quotes and revisions to existing quotesEnsures any/all non-system-managed approvals are properly obtained before quotes or other legal documents are released to customersMaintains complete and expert process knowledge and has the ability to coach/mentor junior QSS team membersContributes to RPO discussions, functional design & business requirements documents as requiredData ValidationEnsures that all requests are processed accurately as per the requestIs required to investigate data issues related to specific transactionsWorks on larger data investigation activities in order to correct database issuesDocument Routing AdministrationService Order Validation & ConfigurationMaintains complete and expert process knowledge and can coach/mentor junior order management team membersContributes to RPO discussions, functional design & business requirements documents as requiredAssures accuracy of sales engineering specifications as per CRD documentationMaintains the ability to work all OM configuration requests from their respective queue within established SLO'sContributes in secondary responsibilities outside of pure order management tasksTakes on large project work and support all external requests related to established processConfigures orders in the system "as-designed" and ensure work order creation and fulfillment datesCoordinates all in-flight service order changes/requests as neededWorks in unison with the training resource to ensure that all processes and documentation is accurate and up to dateQualifications3+ years experience preferredBachelor's degree preferredEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.  If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.
