Overview:Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced Offer Manager to drive the definition and operationalization of commercial offers for software products and solutions. This role ensures that pricing, packaging, and GTM enablement strategies align with business objectives and customer needs. The Offer Manager works closely with Product Management, Commercial Desk, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to deliver compelling offers that accelerate adoption and retention.Synonymous Business Titles: Product Director, Senior Product DirectorLocation: Dallas, TexasScope:Serve as the primary owner for Blue Yonder’s cross-functional offer management process, which guides work such ideation, business case authorship, roadmap creation, pricing & packaging and GTM enablementManage the full lifecycle of SaaS offers, from launch to retirementWork with Product Management to ensure offers reflect roadmap priorities and feature setsWork with Product Management and Pricing to develop pricing and packaging strategies for subscription and usage-based modelsWork with the Enablement teams to enable Sales and Marketing with clear messaging, tools, and training for SaaS offersBe a principal point of contact for communication between Product Management and internal stakeholdersPrimary Responsibilities:Working with Product Management, you will own, oversee and drive end-to-end solution go to market process for product and packaged services solutionsMaintain stakeholder groups and relationships with GTM organizations (Sales, Supply Chain Advisory, Marketing)Own upsell and price hold strategySupport Commercial Desk, Revenue Recognition and Royalties teamsSupport Renewals in product lifecycle managementCoordinate internal communications and enablement working with the owners of those groupsEnsure appropriate stakeholders are looped into the new offer creation process at the right timeValidate that pricing constructs for all offers are consistentReview Service Descriptions and provides feedbackIssue communications to the field informing of product changesCommunicate new offers and changes to GTM and internal teams and keep the enablement team informed to facilitate them building enablement programsPrioritize existing product lines for pricing simplificationWork with Product Management to create, maintain and communicate product offer policies (e.g. migration paths, solution exchange program, etc.) to effect product strategy and for GTM and other teams and keep the enablement team informed to facilitate them building enablement programsRequired Experience:5+ years of proven experience in Offer ManagementExperience in interacting with VPs and higher for collaboration and reporting purposesExperience in playing a catalyst role in change managementCommand of project/program management techniques and methodsDemonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams to deliver actionable resultsCollaborative, but confident leader who can ensure support from a diverse set of contributorsStrong interpersonal, team and relationship building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly presentation experience to senior levels of managementAbility to explain the business and technical value of a solution offering to technical and non-technical audiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to organize and prioritize work, work independently, produce deliverables, establish realistic goals and deadlines, and manage changing prioritiesPrior supply chain related experiencesBachelor’s degree in business or engineering related field of study-------------------------------------------#LI-HybridThe salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
