Translates market opportunities and customer demand into viable products and services that differentiate Equinix in the market. Sets the vision and strategy for their product ensuring it is competitively positioned and customer-centric. Manages the product roadmap including features, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line. Works cross functionally with user experience, engineering, operations, solution architects, marketing and others to design, build and launch new products and/or product features.ResponsibilitiesProduct Lifecycle ManagementEstablishes a basic understanding of existing product processes and technologyProduct Strategy, Vision and RoadmapCompletes ad-hoc assignments that assist in the development of product strategy and roadmapMarket, Competitive and Customer AnalysisSupports in researching competitors and verticals; prepares typical reports related to financial position, competitive position and market potentialBusiness Case DevelopmentCollaborates on the financial business models, conducts compelling business opportunity reviews with more senior team membersProduct PerformanceCompiles and analyzes product performance reports and provides insight and recommendations to product managementCross Functional CollaborationProvides basic training to other internal departments in support of product Participates in cross-functional team meetingsNew Partner Identification and EngagementIdentifies partners to enhance or extend the productBacklog PrioritizationSupports with backlogs, working regularly with the team to refine and add detail where needed · Collaborates closely with technology teamsTest Case Definition and UAT CoordinationSupports with test cases and executing UATStakeholder ManagementManages stakeholder expectations within and/or across functionsQualifications4-5 years' relevant experience requiredBachelor's degree preferredEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.  If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.
