About the Role Our mission is to help creators turn their passions into sustainable careers by giving them the opportunities, support, and pathways they need to grow. This role sits at the heart of Twitch’s broader effort to expand the creator community and drive incremental platform growth. A major focus of this position is proactive outreach—finding promising creators, initiating cold conversations, and persuading them to consider Twitch as a meaningful next step in their career. The ideal candidate is confident in approaching talent, skilled at building trust quickly, and effective at motivating creators to start streaming. You pair strong creative instincts with a data-driven mindset, stay plugged into emerging cultural and digital trends, and understand what makes (or could make) a creator successful on Twitch. This role reports to the Director of Creator Expansion and is based in New York, NY. You Will: Identify promising creators across platforms, spot emerging trends early, and proactively reach out to talent who could thrive on Twitch. Initiate cold outreach and persuade creators to view Twitch as a meaningful next step in their careers. Onboard new creators with clear guidance and support, helping them quickly gain confidence and early traction. Manage programs that surface organic inbound creators and triage them for dedicated or scaled support.
