If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Responsibilities :Act as a technical partner to customers, helping translate business needs into backend and automation solutionsWrite efficient, reusable, and testable code in GoLang and PythonDevelop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code reliabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, tech leads, and support engineers to deliver robust featuresDebug and resolve software defects across development and production environmentsOptimize backend services for performance, scalability, and reliabilityAutomate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using IaC tools such as Terraform or AnsibleWork with VMware technologies including NSX, vSphere, Distributed Firewall, and vCenterHands-on experience with Kubernetes, Enterprise Networking, and Linux-based environmentsExplore and implement AI tools and frameworks to support use cases that will help with improving productivity and resolution times for complex technical issuesParticipate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to engineering best practices guidesDocument system architecture, APIs, and operational procedures ⠀Required QualificationsProficiency in GoLang and Python programmingExperience building automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: Terraform, Ansible Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworksProficiency with **front-end technologies** (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular)Experience with **version control systems** (e.g., Git)Hands-on experience with **VMware technologies**: NSX, vSphere, Distributed FirewallExposure to Kubernetes, Enterprise Networking, and Linux-based environmentsExperience in enterprise-scale environments or distributed systemsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field8+ years of related work experiencePreferred SkillsFamiliarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs)Experience implementing AI-driven automation or predictive analytics in enterprise environmentsExposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExperience working in customer-facing roles or consulting engagementsAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $192,000 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.Broadcom offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision plans, 401(K) participation including company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation time.
