This role provides technology and solution-based guidance, bridging network, data center, and cloud/IT infrastructure into repeatable offers. Key focus areas include strategic sales engagements, development of offers, repeatable solutions, and use cases across the five sales verticals within the Equinix Ecosystem: Network, Financial, Cloud, Content/Digital Media, and Enterprise.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sales SupportAssist in strategic sales engagements by applying professional concepts and guidelinesSupport development of solution proposals aligned with customer requirementsResearch and DevelopmentApply knowledge and problem-solving techniques to define and resolve technical challengesSubject Matter ExpertiseDevelop foundational expertise in network architecture, interconnection, and cloud integrationCross-Functional CollaborationBuild strong internal relationships and exchange technical information with colleagues, supervisors, and project leadersTechnology and Innovation InsightsStay informed on emerging technologies in networking, cloud, and data center infrastructureSolution DevelopmentContribute to creating repeatable solutions and use cases for customer deploymentsQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)Experience: 0–2 years in networking, cloud, or IT infrastructure rolesCertifications (Required): CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)Network Design Certification (optional but preferred)Cloud Certifications (Optional but Preferred)AWS Solutions Architect – Associate or ProfessionalMicrosoft Azure Solutions Architect ExpertCCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)Strong understanding of IP networking, routing, switching, and interconnection principlesFamiliarity with cloud architectures and hybrid IT environments is a plusExcellent communication and collaboration skillsEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.  If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.
