This position requires considerable judgment, deep understanding of standard operating procedures, and collaboration across teams to ensure facility reliability and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesFacility & Infrastructure MaintenanceKeep our critical systems running like clockwork with expert preventive and corrective maintenanceTackle complex repairs, installations, and inspections with confidenceStay ahead of issues by monitoring BMS alarms and recommending smart solutionsEnsure safety and reliability across plumbing, fire suppression, and life-safety systemsChampion energy efficiency and support infrastructure upgrades Vendor CoordinationLead vendor operations to ensure top-tier maintenance standardsHelp craft and submit maintenance scripts that keep things movingManage service approvals and ensure every detail is documentedKeep technical files and equipment records accurate and up-to-date Site Administration & Incident ResponseMaintain detailed site logs and permit data for smooth operationsSpot Single Points of Failure (SPOFs) and propose proactive fixesBe the go-to responder during incidents and drive root cause analysisSupport on-site teams and ensure procedures are followed to the letter Work Orders & ProjectsComplete skilled work requests and circuit installations with precisionTroubleshoot and repair office and auxiliary equipment to minimize downtimeDrive infrastructure upgrades and support lifecycle maintenance projectsRecommend improvements that make a lasting impact Collaboration & MentorshipTeam up to solve complex facility challengesShare your expertise and mentor peers on skilled maintenance tasksHelp manage inventory needs and keep critical parts stockedQualificationsMinimum 3 years of relevant experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredTechnical certifications (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Safety) are highly preferredStrong understanding of critical facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, and life-safety systemsExperience with Building Monitoring Systems (BMS) and alarm resolutionAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance protocolsFamiliarity with energy efficiency measures and sustainability practicesThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: United States - NY13 New York City : 77,000 - 115,600 USD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
