The Challenge  Looking for candidates with strong Product Management experience. Product Managers are key members in translating market needs into new product opportunities while supporting existing product features to improve customer experiences. The Mission  Deeply understanding the domain and users for which we are building products Formulating a product roadmap to outline how we can address key use cases and opportunities to innovate in the product.  Working closely with engineering and driving product initiatives from conception through development and delivery to product in a SaaS platform.  Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch You Are Someone who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple personas and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines to deliver on aggressive timelines. You are a self-starter – someone who is proactive in identifying potential roadblocks. Someone who understands their strengths and willing to share that knowledge with others, who can quickly iterate based on industry trends and the competitive landscape. You are constantly willing to help, no matter the task.  Your Experience Includes  Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field 1-3 years of experience in a dynamic product management role Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle Highly effective in cross-functional team management Previous experience delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies Where we Work We are embracing an office first culture, encouraging three days a week in office for most roles, with meaningful opportunities to collaborate and celebrate in person.
