ScopeBlue Yonder’s Supply Chain Advisory (SCA) team Is seeking a Program Director who will lead strategic programs that optimize supply chain performance for clients. This role involves managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, providing thought leadership, and ensuring successful delivery of advisory solutions that drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and resilience across the supply chain.What you’ll doProgram LeadershipOversee end-to-end delivery of supply chain advisory programs, ensuring alignment with program objectives and organizational strategy.Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders.Strategic AdvisoryProvide expert guidance on supply chain program management, partnering cross functional teams including industry, solution advisory, product management, professional services, strategic transformation advisory and more.Identify emerging trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain resilience and agility.Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with client executives, internal teams, and external partners.Facilitate executive steering committees and program governance meetings.Develop communications for various levels in the organization with appropriate messagingFinancial & Risk ManagementDevelop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success.Team LeadershipIndirectly Lead cross-functional teams, including consultants, analysts, and project managers.Mentor and develop talent within the program team.Performance MonitoringEstablish KPIs and track progress against objectives.Deliver regular status reports and insights to team, senior leadership and clients.What we are looking forExperience and Skills: 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, program management, or consulting rolesProven track record leading cross-functional, enterprise-level supply chain digital transformation or optimization programsExperience managing multi-million-dollar programs with diverse global stakeholdersExperience building scalable, sustainable operating models and embedding long-term value post-program deliveryBackground in supply chain strategy, network design, or operational excellence preferredProficiency in analytics and supply chain planning toolsFamiliarity with technologies like AI/ML in Supply Chain Planning and/or Control TowersStrong financial acumenEducation and CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)Lean Six Sigma preferredCSCP or equivalent preferredThe ideal candidate will be…A strategic thinker with a consultative approachAble to manage ambiguity and drive change in complex environmentsInnovative with a passion for continuous improvement in supply chain operationsSynonymous Business Title: Program Director*LI-AD1#LI-remote-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $180,000 USD.The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
