Back to jobs New Commercial Strategy Manager, Inpatient United States Apply Opportunity Overview: We’re seeking a  Commercial Strategy Manager to serve as the business owner for a key new product. Reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations, you will drive the product throughout its end-to-end lifecycle and be responsible for both strategy and execution. This is a unique opportunity to shape a product from concept through commercialization and scale, driving strategic decisions and operational execution across the organization. Develop and execute go-to-market strategy, driving customer and revenue growth. Translate market needs into a capability and resource map and guide cross-functional teams through build. Operate the solution, ensuring pull-through on client delivery and value realization. What You’ll Need: 5+ years of experience in management consulting (or equivalent role), with exposure to healthcare and technology clients. Proven ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and tactical execution. Proven ability to manage external stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical toolkit. Entrepreneurial, demonstrating curiosity, creativity, and a strong bias for action. Comfortable operating in ambiguity with autonomy and grit in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or STEM background) preferred.
