You’ll find belonging, purpose, and a team that welcomes you—because when you feel valued, you’re empowered to do your best work.직무 개요Data Center Expense / 데이터센터 운영 경비 담당자 는 데이터센터 운영팀의 핵심 지원 역할을 담당하며, 원활한 행정 및 재무 프로세스를 보장합니다. 경비 처리부터 구매 주문(PO) 관리, 법인 인감 관리까지 다양한 업무를 수행하며, 운영 매니저들과 긴밀히 협력해 정확하고 효율적인 운영 환경을 만들어갑니다. 이 포지션은 꼼꼼함과 책임감을 바탕으로, 글로벌 데이터센터 운영을 뒷받침하는 중요한 역할을 맡게 됩니다.주요 업무경비 관리데이터센터 운영 관련 경비 처리 및 추적회사 정책에 따른 경비 보고서 작성 및 제출구매 주문(PO) 처리PO 생성, 검토 및 관리벤더 및 내부 팀과 협업하여 승인 및 결제 진행행정 지원법인 인감 및 관련 문서 관리감사 및 컴플라이언스를 위한 기록 유지운영 매니저 지원(예산 관리, 보고서 작성 등)협업 및 커뮤니케이션재무, 조달, 운영팀과 협력하여 이슈 해결 및 프로세스 개선자격 요건경영학, 재무 관련 학사 학위 또는 동등한 경력유사 직무(행정, 경비 관리) 0~2년 이상 경력, 데이터센터 또는 운영 환경 경험 우대MS Office 활용 능숙, ERP 시스템(SAP, Oracle 등) 경험 우대비즈니스 영어 가능자Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.  If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.
