This role demands deep expertise in full-stack software engineering (Java), strong product leadership, and a solid understanding of construction and infrastructure operations. You will drive the digital transformation of our data center delivery lifecycle through scalable, integrated, and intelligent software solutions.ResponsibilitiesSoftware Engineering LeadershipLead the design and development of full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices), front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), and cloud-native technologiesArchitect scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms that support data center design, construction, and operationsEstablish engineering best practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, and DevOps integrationDrive technical innovation and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standardsDefine, monitor, and continuously improve engineering KPIs such as code quality, velocity, system reliability, performance, and team productivityProduct Strategy & ExecutionDefine and own the product roadmap for digital solutions that enhance construction planning, execution, and lifecycle managementTranslate complex business requirements into actionable product features and technical specificationsCollaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment and adoptionConstruction Technology IntegrationIntegrate with industry-standard construction tools and platforms such as BIM, CAD, Procore, Autodesk, and PrimaveraBuild APIs and data connectors to unify project data across systems, enabling real-time insights into cost, schedule, and riskExplore and implement emerging technologies like digital twins, IoT, and AI/ML to optimize construction workflowsBudget & Financial ManagementDevelop and manage multi-million dollar budgets for software development and infrastructure technology initiativesMonitor financial performance, ensuring cost-effective delivery and alignment with strategic goalsPartner with Finance and Procurement teams to forecast spend, manage capital and operational expenses, and track ROIVendor & Partner ManagementIdentify, evaluate, and manage external vendors and technology partners, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirementsLead contract negotiations, define SLAs, and oversee vendor performance and complianceDrive strategic partnerships to accelerate innovation and deliveryTeam Development & LeadershipBuild and lead a high-performing team of Java full-stack engineers, architects, and product managersFoster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learningProvide mentorship and career development opportunities to grow engineering and product talentGovernance & ComplianceEnsure all software solutions meet enterprise standards for security, privacy, scalability, and regulatory complianceDefine and track KPIs to measure product success, user adoption, and business impactQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Construction Management, or related field15+ years of experience in software engineering and product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleProven experience in building and scaling Java-based full-stack applications in enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and API developmentFamiliarity with construction technologies and data center infrastructure is highly desirableDemonstrated success in managing budgets and vendor relationshipsExcellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skillsPreferred Experience:Experience in large-scale data center or industrial construction environmentsKnowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologiesExposure to digital twin, IoT, or AI/ML technologies in infrastructure or construction contextsThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 200,000 - 300,000 USD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
