Join us and use your skills to add value for our customers and have a positive impact on everyone who uses our products.Your Day to Day As an Onboarding Project Manager, you will work on:Customer satisfaction — Continuously seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term client relationships.Onboarding experience — Guide customers through the onboarding journey, from initial setup to going live, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.Cross-functional collaboration — Partner with internal teams across departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the onboarding process.Process improvement — Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, optimize project delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.What We’re Looking ForAs an Onboarding Project Manager, your background will look like:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in project management or a customer-focused role driving business growth• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment• Proactive and self-motivated mindset, eager to learn, grow, and take ownership beyond defined responsibilities• Collaborative team player who works effectively across functions and contributes to process and team improvement initiatives• Fluency in English is required and good knowledge of German is ideal; alternatively, English plus another major European language (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish) is also welcomeWhat We OfferAt GoTo, we believe in supporting our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits designed to fit your life—at work and beyond.
