This position focuses on routine tasks within established procedures and works under close supervision while gaining proficiency in company policies and logistics processes.ResponsibilitiesDelivery Coordination & DocumentationCoordinate timely and efficient delivery of goods to designated destinations and obtain receipt confirmationsNotify recipients upon successful delivery of ordered itemsMaintain accurate records and logs for all inbound and outbound materialsShipping & ReceivingReceive goods delivered to the Data Center, either directly or after security clearanceRecord all relevant details for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with order requirementsUtilize shipment spotlight and dashboard tools to track customer shipmentsInspect received goods and flag any items that do not meet quality standardsProblem ResolutionCommunicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveriesAssist in resolving basic shipping and receiving issues promptlyHazardous Materials HandlingSupport the safe handling and storage of hazardous materials in compliance with regional regulationsFollow established protocols under close supervisionEquipment TrackingMonitor and track stored or abandoned equipmentAssist with removal or disposal of customer equipment from cages as directedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 1 year of related work experienceRegional hazardous materials certification preferredSkills & AttributesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow standard operating procedures and work effectively under supervisionBasic problem-solving and communication skillsThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: United States - DC2 Washington DC : 40,000 - 60,000 USD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
