This person will play a key role in improving the usability, design and overall digital experience for a OneTrust Product Offering and support deliverables for other OneTrust modules. This person will also serve as a guide and mentor to junior designers on the team.  Your Mission Design: Create deliverables for the entire design process, including information architecture, interface design, interaction design, and low and high-fidelity prototypes  UX Metrics: Identify, collect, and analyze data to inform user experience decisions, including web metrics, customer support data, and other sources   Standards: Identify, define and promote UX best practices, including templates  Promotion: Serve as a UX advocate within the organization . Advanced visual and interaction design skills with strong attention to detail, usability, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), and comprehensive state coverage across complex interfaces, maintaining high standards for design quality and continuous improvement. Skilled in no-code or low-code tools such as Framer, Webflow, or internal builder platforms; understands how modular design translates into reusable, configurable UI systems. Proficiency in Figma, working with components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and efficient file organization. Strong UX writing skills to craft clear, concise, and helpful in-product copy that enhances usability. Skilled in translating research findings into actionable design solutions. Ability to run usability tests, analyze customer feedback, and iterate quickly. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills within a 3-in-a-box model (UX, PM, ENG). Comfortable presenting design rationale and leading design reviews. Experience working in agile environments and delivering at pace within sprint cycles. High standards for design quality and continuous improvement. Data-informed, and passionate about understanding user behavior Curious about emerging AI trends that can enhance the design process. Portfolio demonstrating proven capabilities of UX and UI design process required   Experience with design tools including, but not limited to; Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.   High level of demonstrated proficiency in at least one UX area, such as research, information architecture, visual design or interaction design You Are You are a strong collaborator and able to effectively communicate with other team members across the organization. You are a self-learner; you enjoy researching and applying relevant UX trends. You are someone who thrives with rapid, iterative design and development processes.   Your Experience Includes Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or related field   8+ years of work, personal project, or internship experience with the full product design process, from research to rollout  Portfolio demonstrating proven capabilities of UX and UI design process required   Experience with design tools including, but not limited to; Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.   High level of demonstrated proficiency in at least one UX area, such as research, information architecture, visual design or interaction design Extra Awesome Enterprise product design experience   Experience designing web-based applications  Experience leading a team Familiarity with data privacy, third-party risk management, and/or security spaces   Scrum certification      Where we Work We are embracing an office first culture, encouraging three days a week in office for most roles, with meaningful opportunities to collaborate and celebrate in person.
