Join us to help shape a workplace where every person can grow, succeed, and truly belong.Your Day to Day As a Senior TA Partner you would be working on: Manage and own full-cycle recruitment across multiple functionsPartner with Hiring Stakeholders to assess talent needs, source and identify qualified candidates, screen and support the interview & feedback process, complete the full offer and hiring process in a timely mannerEnsure accuracy of systems and adhering to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations hiring processesServe as an ambassador of the GoTo brand, locally and beyond, as part of a broader Talent Acquisition strategyWork with TA Partners and TA Leadership, HR, Compensation, Finance, Senior Leadership to ensure hiring efforts are on track with the hiring forecastWhat We’re Looking ForAs a Senior TA Partner, your background will look like:5+ years of corporate or staffing agency recruitment experience for technical roles Resourceful, fast learner who is good with technology.  Should have some experience working with an ATS, Workday idealExtreme attention to detail and completion of processesSense of urgency and ability to work (thrive) in a fast-paced environmentAt GoTo, you’ll find the flexibility, resources, and support you need to thrive—at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
