Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager, Content Maintenance and Optimization to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for maintaining and optimizing the content of our courses. This team, comprising  instructional designers, quality assurance specialists, and data system/ business analyst, is crucial to ensuring the sustained quality and relevance of our educational offerings. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the offshore team, including instructional designers, quality assurance specialists, and data/systems analysts. Work with leadership to ensure that SMART goals for the optimization team are met. Find / drive solutions that will help the team and hence the organization in meeting goals Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality output. Build strong relationships with key Coursera stakeholders (e.g. Partner Success, Partner Implementation, Design, etc.) and thereby manage/lead Optimization related threads   Report metrics and project updates to internal stakeholders regularly. Collect feedback from internal stakeholders and translate it into actionable tasks for the team. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation. Lead initiatives that will aid in content maintenance and optimization Ensure that all course revisions and updates align with organizational standards and objectives. Resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in a team leadership or project management role, preferably within the e-learning industry. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
