Partner with creative teams to implement performance insights and systematic testing strategies, with particular focus on AI-driven personalization and engagement platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, SF Engagement, and Data Cloud.ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Insights GenerationAnalyse creative performance data across all digital channels to identify patterns between creative elements (copy, visuals, CTAs, messaging) and business metrics (conversion rates, pipeline generation, cost per acquisition)Build and maintain dashboards tracking creative performance metrics including click-through rates, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and downstream pipeline impactConduct statistical analysis to determine creative element significance and confidence levels in performance variationsCreate regular creative performance reports with actionable insights for campaign optimizationMonitor and analyse performance of AI-driven personalization and engagement tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, SF Engagement, Data Cloud) to understand creative asset contribution to overall resultsCreative Testing & OptimizationDesign and execute comprehensive A/B and multivariate testing strategies for creative elements including headlines, ad copy, visual components, landing page elements, and call-to-actionsDevelop testing roadmaps and prioritization related field3–5 years experience in digital marketing analytics, creative optimization, or marketing data analysis2+ years experience with B2B marketing campaigns and understanding of B2B buyer journey and conversion metricsTechnical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Python/R preferred)Experience with marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: • San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $157,000 to $235,000 per year • California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $150,000 to $224,000 per year • Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $136,000 to $204,000 per year Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
