You will work on real product, operations, and supply chain datasets to answer critical business and operational questions and deliver useful insights to stakeholders. You’ll get exposure to end-to-end analytics, data pipelines, and decision-making processes .   What we look for:   Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and alerts to monitor product and operational metrics   Clean, profile, and preprocess raw data for downstream use   Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to translate business questions into analytic solutions   Conduct exploratory data analysis (cohorts, funnels, segmentation) to discover patterns and opportunities   Assist in model analytics, feature evaluation, and results interpretation in partnership with the data science team   Help build and maintain normalized and denormalized datasets for analytics consumption   Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders (technical & non-technical)   Document data sources, assumptions, methodology, and workflows   Required Skills   Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy)   Solid command of SQL (joins, aggregations, window functions)   Experience with a data visualization / BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)   Strong quantitative reasoning, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail   Ability to communicate insights clearly and work with cross-functional stakeholders   Curiosity, self-drive, and eagerness to learn   Basic knowledge of statistical / experimentation methods   Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.   An experimental mindset and willingness to adopt a “fail-fast” strategy   Preferred / Nice-to-Have   Previous project or internship working with real datasets   Exposure to ML / model evaluation / feature engineering   Familiarity with cloud data platforms or data stack tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, dbt, Airflow)   Education   Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.   What You’ll Gain   Hands-on experience working on live data analytics projects.   Mentorship from experienced data analysts and engineers.   Exposure to modern data tools and ability to horn quantitative skills .   Diversity & Inclusion     At project44, we're designing the future of how the world moves and is connected through trade and global supply chains.
