Job Summary: The Associate Revenue Operations Analyst role will provide operational support to Analysts on the Revenue Operations Team, whose focus is on scaling current processes, tech stack management in partnership with Business Systems team, building new processes, assisting with enablement, and driving alignment and data integrity on high-priority complex new and existing deals with partner teams. This new position will support the Analysts in day-to-day operations for small deals and contract management, as well as other projects also within the Revenue Operations scope outside of deals and contracts. This is a growing team, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable with an agile, constantly changing environment. You'll need to be adaptable and able to manage many small, day-to-day details while maintaining alignment with the rest of the RevOps team. The Associate Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support both the Revenue Operations and Deal Operations functions. What you will do: Salesforce and Data Management:   Provide vital operational support for new and ongoing updates to Salesforce by tracking end-to-end operational processes, ensuring data integrity and procedural adherence to catch and escalate errors early Over time, develops a strong understanding of the downstream data impacts, connecting the accuracy of details to their outcomes Investigate routine data discrepancies in Salesforce, applying defined troubleshooting steps to resolve known issues and ensure alignment with key RevOps functions Run pre-built Salesforce reports and conduct routine analysis to identify and resolve common data discrepancies according to documented procedures Contribute to data cleanup projects in Salesforce by accurately executing assigned tasks to help improve overall data integrity Demonstrated proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for data manipulation, with the ability to adeptly use formulas like VLOOKUP, MATCH and SUMIF to organize and review data effectively Operational Support:   Provide versatile operational support across all RevOps functions, acting as a flexible resource on small segment deals Executing repetitive, detailed tasks with a high degree of accuracy Manual data entry of highly detailed, nuanced information on deal data into the system for downstream use   Identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements and raise within the RevOps team, maintaining manual support while processes scale Providing general operational support and assisting with special projects as needed Process and Documentation:   Assist Analysts in maintaining and developing documentation and procedures for RevOps processes Assist Analysts with testing small-scale Salesforce updates before they go live Identify dependencies and anticipate downstream impacts of RevOps process updates What you will bring to SmithRx: At least 1 year of experience using Salesforce for reporting, dataloads, dashboard building, etc. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira is a plus Comfortable using google sheets or excel to slice and organize data for review (V-LOOKUPs, Match, SUMIF formulas are examples of excel skills required for this role)   Confident understanding of Salesforce and its core functionality, including the ability to test and validate changes Proficiency in Excel and Google products Highly detail oriented   Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, accurate work A proactive mindset and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with highly manual and detailed processes   Agile and adaptable, with a flexible mindset for a growing team in a complex and constantly changing environment Comfortable in the weeds   Not afraid to ask questions and communicate with the rest of the team in times of uncertainty   What SmithRx Offers You:   Highly competitive wellness benefits including Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance Flexible Spending Benefits  401(k) Retirement Savings Program  Short-term and long-term disability Discretionary Paid Time Off  12 Paid Holidays Wellness Benefits Commuter Benefits  Paid Parental Leave benefits Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Well-stocked kitchen in office locations Professional development and training opportunities Create a Job Alert Interested in building your career at SmithRx?
