Mentors junior team members and makes strong tactical decisions to resolve project issues. Manages Construction project costs, methods, and project team selection. ResponsibilitiesManagementProvides management and leadership across a team to ensure the team's growth is in alignment with Operations' goals and strategySets goals for immediate team membersProject ManagementLeads and manages medium, sometimes regional construction programsProvides guidance and project leadership including ground up construction, remodels, renovations, etc., ensuring projects are meeting or exceeding company expectations Vendor RelationsDirects up to 20 external vendors per project comprising General Contractors, A&E design teams, commissioning agents, equipment suppliers, etc.Supports maintenance of high value relationshipsTraining ProgramsContributes to identifying and developing training programsEngages in cross-functional trainingContract AdministrationConducts appropriate contract administration procedures including generation, review, and monitoring of prime contracts, subcontracts, change orders, cost forecasts, and other pertinent documents and documentationLeadershipMentors junior team members as neededDirects internal and external project team members including internal Design, Procurement, Operations, and IT/Network support teams Policy & Procedure DevelopmentContributes to creating and maintaining best in class policies and proceduresQualifications12+ years experience in project and construction management preferredBachelor's degree preferredThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: United States - (CO, DE, FL, GA, MI, MN,NV,NH, OR, PA, RI, TX, WI) : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual United States - CA Non-Bay Area, AK, CT, DC, HI, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, WA : 150,000 - 224,000 USD / Annual United States - CA Bay Area : 163,000 - 245,000 USD / Annual United States - Washington DC Office : 150,000 - 224,000 USD / Annual United States - Ashburn Office AEO : 150,000 - 224,000 USD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
