This role represents the voice of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience in enterprise process design, ensuring that systems and workflows are built to enable seller and customer success through an optimized experience. Operating as both a technical and strategic partner, this individual collaborates across functions and with enterprise architects to remove friction, define future-state processes, and drive scalable transformation.ResponsibilitiesProcess Design & OptimizationArchitect and document future-state GTM workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience, with a strategic focus on the full customer lifecycleIdentify friction points and inefficiencies in current-state processes and design solutions to address themAct as a customer lifecycle architect, ensuring process designs enhance both customer experience and seller effectiveness across each stage of the journeyEnsure process designs are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with CRO priorities and enterprise standardsTechnical Partnership & Process TranslationCollaborate with Technology, Enterprise Architecture, and other business process owners to translate GTM business needs into scalable process and system requirements, where applicableAdvocate for CRO priorities by providing clear business context, ensuring process changes are well understood and appropriately supported — without assuming technical ownershipCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with GTM leaders to ensure process designs reflect operational realities and frontline needsCollaborate with GTM Strategy, Program Management, and Change leads to ensure cohesive transformation deliveryRepresent CRO Ops in enterprise forums, advocating for GTM-specific requirements and improvementsTransformation EnablementContribute to the launch of new operating models, sales plays, and use cases by ensuring process readinessSupport the development of transformation playbooks and frameworks that embed process excellenceDrive alignment between process architecture and customer lifecycle maturityContinuous Improvement & GovernanceEstablish process documentation standards and governance mechanisms to maintain integrity and traceabilityMonitor process performance and adoption, using insights to inform iterative improvementsMaintain a repository of GTM process assets and best practices for reuse and scaleTeam & Capability DevelopmentContribute to the build-out of the GTM Transformation team of the futureCoach team members to strengthen strategic thinking, business acumen, and executional disciplineChampion a culture of agility, transparency, and enterprise-first thinkingQualificationsKnowledge and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experienceExperience: preferably some management / technical consulting experienceExperience: Substantial / 8+ years in process design, business architecture, or operations roles, ideally within GTM or CRO environmentsTechnical Exposure: Experience working with Salesforce, CPQ/quoting platforms, and enterprise systemsIndustry Background: Experience in technology, SaaS, or data center environments preferredGlobal Experience: Proven ability to design and implement processes across diverse geographies and business modelsMethodologies: Familiarity with process modelling tools and frameworks (e.g., BPMN, Lean Six Sigma)Skills and AttributesSystems Thinking: Ability to view processes holistically and understand interdependencies across functionsTechnical Fluency: Comfort working with technology teams and translating business needs into system requirementsCollaboration & Influence: Strong ability to partner across functions and influence without authorityDetail Orientation: Precision in process documentation and governanceCustomer-Centric Mindset: Focus on improving seller and customer experience through process designAdaptability: Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adjust to evolving prioritiesCommunication: Clear and structured communicator, able to engage technical and non-technical audiencesThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 155,000 - 233,000 USD / Annual Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 166,000 - 248,000 CAD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
