This role will own the product backlog and work closely with engineering, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to build solutions that facilitate efficient data flow and enhance operational processes.In this role, you will translate shared services strategy into actionable product requirements, prioritize features that improve data management and system interoperability, and ensure seamless integration with existing applications and workflows. You will be responsible for maximizing the value delivered through our shared services technology stack, with particular emphasis on ensuring that critical data, such as credit hold statuses, is effectively communicated across systems.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the shared services product backlog, defining and prioritizing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with shared services objectives and business goalsPartner closely with stakeholders across departments to understand data flow challenges and translate them into product solutions that enhance operational efficiencyDrive the implementation and optimization of shared services applications, ensuring maximum adoption and value realization across the organizationCollaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements for data integration, system notifications, and automated workflows that support shared services functionalityDesign and implement metrics and dashboards that provide actionable insights into system performance, data accuracy, and user engagementConduct user research and gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve platform usability and effectivenessWork cross-functionally with IT, Operations, and other teams to ensure seamless data flow and consistent user experience across all applicationsDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as data accuracy, integration success rates, and user satisfaction metricsStay current with shared services best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for platform enhancementSupport change management initiatives to drive adoption of new shared services processes and tools across the organizationWork closely with other product owners who may be using the shared services for their functional group, strong cross functional collaboration / leadership requiredQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of product management or product owner experience, preferably in shared services or enterprise application environmentsHands-on experience with data integration platforms and tools, including familiarity with APIs and technical integration requirementsStrong understanding of shared services methodologies, including data flow management, system interoperability, and process optimizationExperience writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and working within Agile/Scrum development methodologiesData analysis skills with experience in creating dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar platformsStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teamsExperience with customer journey mapping and process optimizationUnderstanding of B2B customer lifecycle management and data-driven decision-makingOther QualificationsFamiliarity with Salesforce, Oracle, and integration patternsExperience with data visualization and business intelligence toolsKnowledge of automation and workflow design in shared services contextsExperience in fast-growing SaaS companies with complex customer segmentsThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 131,000 - 181,000 CAD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
