Work with DA STA Team and IP teams to achieve the following:Delivery of high quality ETM or Liberty timing models that meets APD STA standards:Correct timing modes that align with APD STA methodologyCorrect timing arcs for func and test timing modesCorrect margins based on APD CE recipe and methodologyAccuracy is within reasonable limits and not overly pessimisticImplement high quality STA methodology and flow for internal IP STA:Make sure latest giant flows are being usedIf custom flows are used, make sure they meet the same giant flow standardsKeep IP teams up to date on latest CE recipes, tool versions, and giant versionsMake sure all the correct func and timing modes are being checkedMaintain decent constraint qualityBecome an expert on ETM extraction and liberty model generation, understand IP ETM flows from different IP teams and work with DA team to provide the best ETM generation flowProvide hooks and customization where possible to support different IP needsReview custom Budgeted timing model flows and make sure they meet APD IP standards. 2. Attend STA Forums and stay up to date on APD STA Methodology changes and enhancements3. Schedule and attend IP STA and ETM reviews and help with IP STA and ETM xchecks. Keep peer review and xcheck list items updated.4. Understand latest TEST timing requirements and how those affect IP STA timing and ETMs.5. Spend extra time with IP teams developing new IP and help them to develop a quality IP STA and ETM flow/methodology. IP STA Champion RequirementsFull Time PositionChampion should be a strong leader, good communicator, have good organizational skills and should be able to drive IP STA methodology development and flowsShould have a strong STA backgroundShould be familiar with APD DI design flowsBachelors and 12+ years of related experience; at this level a postgraduate degree is typically expected or Masters degree and 10+ years of related experience or PhD and 7+ years of related experience.Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $127,100 - $203,400.
