Your Day to Day As an Onboarding Specialist you would be working on: Customer Onboarding — You will align with all MDM customers to guide them through onboarding and device enrollment, including participating in pre-sale white glove handoffs for implementation. Pre-Sales Support — You will assist pre-sales teams with high-touch proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, ensuring customer needs are understood and met early in their journey. Cross-Functional Collaboration — You will partner with Sales, Care, Solution Consultants, and Product teams to enhance the customer experience, increase MDM customer retention, and provide valuable insights into customer needs and onboarding challenges. Problem-Solving & Support — You will proactively work with Product, Account Services, and Sales teams to troubleshoot customer challenges and develop effective solutions for MDM onboarding. What We’re Looking For As an Onboarding Specialist, your background will look like: 1-3 years of professional experience in a customer-facing, onboarding, or technical support role Hands-on experience with any MDM (Mobile Device Management) system preferred Demonstrated technical aptitude and strong interpersonal/soft skills Prior sales or pre-sales support experience a plus Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken What We OfferAt GoTo, we believe in supporting our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits designed to fit your life—at work and beyond.
