In this role, you’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot facility systems, and support site operations to keep our infrastructure running smoothly. This position requires a strong understanding of standard operating procedures, sound judgment in problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and team members.What You’ll DoFacility & Infrastructure MaintenancePerform preventive and corrective maintenance checks on facility components and systemsComplete repairs, installations, and inspections with a focus on energy efficiencyMonitor the Building Management System (BMS) and respond to alarms, resolving issues by following SOPsOperate and maintain plumbing, fire suppression, safety systems, and other infrastructure under the guidance of senior staffVendor SupportCoordinate with service providers, ensuring work is carried out per company standardsSupport vendor processes, including work approvals, briefings, daily tracking, and final reviewsAssist with maintaining up-to-date technical files and documentation for plants and equipmentSite Administration & Incident ResponseMaintain accurate site logs, permits, and Maintenance Operation Protocols (MOPs)Identify potential risks such as Single Points of Failure (SPOFs) and provide recommendationsRespond to on-site incidents, including system failures, delays, or technical issuesWork Orders & ProjectsComplete work requests and circuit installationsTroubleshoot and maintain office and auxiliary equipment to minimize downtimeMake minor adjustments to electrical, mechanical, or specialized systems as directedAssist with infrastructure projects and upgradesCollaboration & Team SupportPartner with colleagues to resolve facility incidentsMentor team members on general maintenance activitiesTrack and communicate inventory needs to ensure critical parts and supplies are availableRecommend improvements or future infrastructure projectsWhat You’ll BringHigh school diploma (or equivalent) required2–4 years of experience in facility operations, maintenance, or a related fieldStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience with BMS systems and vendor coordination is a plusThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
