In this role, you’ll act as both a strategist and an operator—turning big-picture partnership opportunities into scalable marketing programs. You’ll be accountable for driving business impact through partner-led initiatives that generate high-quality leads and strengthen our position in the consumer lending space. Success means shaping how our brands show up in the market, testing new approaches, and building repeatable programs that fuel long-term growth. Responsibilities: Own a portfolio of strategic partnerships, leveraging their unique capabilities to launch marketing programs that directly contribute to customer acquisition goals. Monitor and analyze performance of partnership marketing efforts, identifying opportunities to optimize results and scale. Manage 1 direct report by setting clear goals, coaching regularly, and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork and communication. Partner with Business Intelligence and Analytics to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes. Provide reporting insights and data-driven recommendations to marketing leadership and other key executives. Collaborate with the Market Intelligence team and strategic partners to identify and analyze key marketplace trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior. Champion fresh, data-backed ideas drawing from trends in fintech, B2C marketing, and channel strategy to drive growth. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Bank Partnership teams to ensure the end-to-end consumer experience meets all regulatory requirements. Lead contract negotiations for new and existing partnerships, ensuring terms align with strategic business objectives and financial goals. Serve as a key stakeholder in the product development lifecycle, partnering with Product Management to define consumer needs and improve the customer journey. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Marketing; 3+ years of management experience. 5 years of experience managing external partner relationships and launching co-marketing programs that delivered real business impact. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other business-related/quantitative fields of study. Highly analytical with a passion for problem solving. Exceptional communication, collaboration and project management skills with a proven track record of bringing strategies to life.  Energized by ambiguity and rapid change, with a natural ability to bring clarity, momentum, and structure to evolving challenges. Compensation:  The position includes various levels within our career ladder. The actual salary will be determined based on qualification, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the ranges shown. Budgeted annual salary ranges: Marketing Manager: $108,000 to $156,000. Senior Marketing Manager: $130,000-$185,000 Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units.
