What You're About We’re seeking a highly motivated, creative, and hands-on Employee Experience Specialist to join our People Team. You will design, implement, and manage initiatives that bring our culture to life - from unforgettable events to meaningful, everyday experiences that make Apiiro a great place to work. You bring… 3+ years’ experience in Employee Experience/Engagement, driving impactful programs in fast-paced Hi Tech company Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A passion for creating environments where people feel valued, engaged, and inspired. Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) to create engaging visual materials for events, communications, and internal initiatives Fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and spoken). Proven experience building and executing annual budget plans Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field - an advantage. What You Will Do Lead creative and engaging initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding - that strengthen connection, collaboration, and well-being. Plan and execute company-wide events, including holiday celebrations, milestone moments, team-building activities, happy hours, and more. Own the end-to-end design and execution of our global employee experience strategy for our Israel site and global teams, ensuring alignment with Apiiro’s core values and HR objectives. Partner closely with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences. Manage budgets and vendors with full ownership of planning and execution. Build strong supplier relationships, prioritize effectively, and ensure long-term planning and operational excellence. Drive creativity and innovation by staying current with trends and developing original, engaging ways to enhance well-being, engagement, and team cohesion.
