As a Growth Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and performance of targeted growth plays, while managing a team focused on building AI-powered, automated systems that scale.   We’re looking for a Growth Strategist to architect and scale a modern GTM engine that turns data into pipeline and experiments into repeatable revenue. Sitting at the intersection of data engineering, growth marketing, and GTM operations, this role is ideal for a systems thinker who thrives on automation, experimentation, and end-to-end funnel performance.   Whether you bring a background in data engineering or are a growth operator fluent in technical workflows, this is a rare opportunity to build and run the infrastructure that powers growth at scale. You’ll have strong executive visibility and direct ownership of pipeline, budget, and performance that shapes the strategy behind Diligent’s global demand engine across segments, solutions, and lifecycle stages.   Key Responsibilities    Architect and operationalize GTM systems, from ICP definition to pipeline conversion   Design and run experiments across outbound, paid, and web using next-gen GTM tools   Automate AI workflows (e.g., Clay, Marketo, Outreach etc) to drive precision and speed   Own the Marketing data layer powering scoring, segmentation, and targeting   Partner with Growth, Ops, Data and Sales to align strategy and infrastructure   Build a modular tech stack that enables rapid testing and scale   Develop reporting and experimentation frameworks to drive a test-and-learn culture   Drive measurable improvements in funnel conversion rates, and efficiency   Ensure full-funnel visibility through integrated systems and data   Act as a strategic partner across cross-functional GTM teams and leadership to help define and scale a repeatable, AI-native growth motion at Diligent     Required Experience/Skills    Strong technical foundation in data engineering, rev ops, or growth systems   3 to 5 yrs of experience in growth, operations, or data engineering roles   Hands-on experience with modern GTM and automation tools (e.g., Clay, Marketo, Segment, Clearbit)   Proven ability to build systems that drive measurable pipeline and conversion   Deep analytical capability with experience designing experiments and interpreting funnel data   Comfort with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages (a plus)   Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience aligning Marketing, Sales, and RevOps   U.S pay range $99,000 - $120,000 USD What Diligent Offers You   Creativity is ingrained in our culture.
