About the Role: Tubi is seeking an experienced, analytical and strategically minded individual to join the Content FP&A team. Reporting to the Vice President of FP&A, you will be  responsible for managing all financial aspects of the Originals and Creator Content portfolios; as well as providing analytical oversight across the entire content portfolio. Partnering across the Originals Content and Creator Partnerships team; you will track utilization and define success metrics associated with the development budget, perform greenlight analyses for potential Movie and Series orders and translate into financial forecasts. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who has exceptional attention to detail with experience developing and refining processes. This role will have a high level of visibility across the Company and will be integral to Tubi’s continued growth. This is a hybrid role that can be based out of the following cities: Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; or New York, NY. What You'll Do: Oversight of development budget inclusive of cash, expense and defining success metrics Responsible for financial tracking of original and creator partnerships slate commitments, as well as open slots and remaining cash; as well as associated performance projections Manage monthly forecast submissions across both P&L and cashflow, as well as associated corporate reporting requirements Collaborate across content team to define budget and Long Range Plan strategy and assumptions Lead greenlight modeling for all potential original series and movies; including on and off-platform performance Cross functional thought partner across content strategy, creator partnerships, production, originals acquisitions, accounting, legal and business operations teams Work in tandem with scheduling and partnership teams to understand overall platform landscape and onboarding of rev share content, translating into consumption trends and anticipated impact Ad hoc modeling and analyzes to support alternate deal arrangements, talent participation agreements, guilds and other reporting requirements Your Background: A minimum of 7 years experience in related finance fields focused on quantitative and qualitative financial analysis High level of proficiency with spreadsheet-based tools, including but not restricted to excellent modeling skills and ability to perform complex analyses with big data sets Exceptional written and oral communication skills required; with the ability to articulate clear, and concise narratives for a variety of audiences Sound understanding of related accounting guidance Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment; as well as work effectively autonomously BA or BS degree required; CPA or MBA preferred   #LI-MJ1 #LI-Hybrid  Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below.
