Very knowledgeable on testers/probers such as Aemelus,etc.3. Drive efficiency to achieve high utilization rate4. Joint-development of test vectors and prove-in test programs seamlessly for NPI & Production use5. Assist with probe-card design/purchase and other admin related mattersExperience : Bachelors and 8+ years of related experienceAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $108,000-- $172,800 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
