Applies basic problem-solving to routine tasks and collaborates with internal teams to resolve billing issues and support process improvements.ResponsibilitiesActs as primary contact for the Company's Price Increase ProjectServes as backup for Billing Analyst activitiesProcesses service requests accurately and within SLAMaintains billing and dunning contacts in OracleGenerates and distributes reports for managementCoordinates monthly invoice runs and supports the month-end closeIssues manual EPS invoices and PWO quotes as neededValidates billing data against executed contractsMonitors CRM and Universal Work Queues to ensure proper assignment of requestsSupports ad hoc projects and reporting as requested by managementQualificationsBachelor’s degree (required)Experience in finance or billing operationsAdvanced Excel skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsSolid understanding of financial processes and contract validationAdvanced English (written and spoken)Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.  If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.
