The Intern - Proposal Management is responsible for assisting the Sales Operations team with program management duties such as team projects, team reports, and documenting processes and policies.What You’ll DoTrack and document RFP/RFI intake and submission metricsStandardize and format proposal templatesReview RFP documents to flag key requirements or deadlinesAssist in drafting simple response sections like company overview or basic FAQsMaintain a calendar of upcoming deadlines and proposal milestonesCreate a redline review guide for Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) redlinesDocument a policy with thresholds on when to accept redlines or customer paperBuild additional team resources and guides for internal customers (e.g., sales and sales operations)Set up team meetings and take meeting notesInput and manage critical dataManage team information within Salesforce, creating reports as necessaryWhat You'll NeedMinimum QualificationsCurrently pursuing a related undergraduate degree with a focus on business or pre-law/Legal StudiesPreferred QualificationsStrong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions in community, school, or other programsProfessional, outgoing, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeAttention to detail and follow-through are requiredMust be technically savvy and demonstrate a high level of competency using Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc.Graduate degree preferredTravel Requirements & Working ConditionsReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva officeMinimal travelSponsorship RequirementsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the futureWhen can you expect to hear back?We are committed to attending all career fairs and recruitment events before closing our positions.
