The Sales Data & Analytics Intern supports various internal teams, including Sales, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will assist with sales data analysis, contract renewal engagement, revenue retention support, reporting/dashboarding, and data cleaning.What You'll DoPerform sales analytics and reporting tasks in Salesforce (SFDC) to support sales team performance managementExecute all phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers, creating quotes, and closing renewal opportunitiesEngage with renewal overlays to provide strategic support for revenue retention effortsSupport sales data collection, cleaning, and interpretation to drive increased sales productionValidate and research sales-related activities to ensure data integrity across systemsContribute to process improvement for new and existing sales operations workflowsSupport project work across Sales Operations and cross-functional initiativesBuild cross-functional relationships with Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on goals and initiativesWhat You'll NeedMinimum QualificationsActively enrolled in a degree-seeking program in Business, Data Analytics or a related field of studyPreferred QualificationsTechnically savvy with the ability to demonstrate a high level of competency using Excel, Word, Google Docs, etcStrong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions in community, school, or other programsProfessional, outgoing, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeAttention to detail and follow-through are requiredExperience using Excel, Word, and Google DocsTravel Requirements & Working ConditionsMinimal travelReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva officeSponsorship RequirementsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future When can you expect to hear back?We are committed to attending all career fairs and recruitment events before closing our positions.
