The Intern - Sales Enablement Design contributes to a variety of creative and multimedia projects and initiatives focused on sales training materials. You will design and develop instructional content, ensuring it is visually appealing and effectively meets learning objectives.What You'll DoProvide support to the Creative Operations team on creative and enablement projectsAssist with Highspot clean-up and audits of lessons, courses, and learning paths to ensure accuracy and consistencyProduce effective sales training materials that meet audience goals and objectivesDesign and develop instructional content using a variety of creative tools with supervision as neededEdit video, audio, and visual content for use in training and sales enablement materialsConsult with stakeholders from pre-production through post-production to align content with learning objectivesSupport content organization and updates within the LMS and Highspot, tracking progress and usability What You'll NeedMinimum QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related program, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field Preferred QualificationsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsSelf-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvementThe ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentExceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlinesA portfolio or examples of your work you can showcase to our teamExperience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator) Travel Requirements & Working ConditionsMinimal travelReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office Sponsorship RequirementsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the futureWhen can you expect to hear back?We are committed to attending all career fairs and recruitment events before closing our positions.
