Product Manager, Integrations

The Product Manager– Integrations will be responsible for the R365 suite of integrations from ideation to go-to-market and will work closely with every other Product Manager to drive our integration offerings in the R365 Platform.  How you'll add value: Own specific areas of the R365 product integrations  Thrive in a fast-paced, flexible work environment where you’ll have the opportunity to lead a robust mission-critical product offering  Drive, develop and maintain the R365 Integration Roadmap, along with its 18-mo vision  Select, design, and write user stories for the Integration Scrum Team  Evaluate and prioritize features, bugs and program debt  Collaborate with other teams to prioritize, scope, design, and deliver the most impactful enhancements needed to fortify and enhance our existing suite of integrations  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, including usage metrics, user guides, release notes, and technical documentation  Communicate and present product information at company events  Conduct customer interviews   Partner with other teams to ensure each integration is adopted correctly  Work with the Go to Market (GTM) team to document and launch product updates  Develop an understanding of the market and what data points drive successful restaurant businesses  Support the R365 Product by identifying opportunities with integrations, understanding features and capabilities to make recommendations regarding customer experience and product usage What you'll need to be successful in this role: 3+ years of experience in integration-focused product management in a SaaS environment  Strong understanding of integration business and technology fundamentals  Demonstrated Agile Methodology experience in a product owner/manager function  Solid communication skills and proven ability to work well with cross functional teams  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working in the restaurant industry  Product Management experience with Back-of-House Restaurant Software (integrations, reports, analytics, accounting, invoicing, workforce management), ideally in the Enterprise space  R365 Team Member Benefits & Perks This position has a salary range of $96,160 - $144,240. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
