The role focuses on using data to optimize forecasting, store fulfillment, and decision support through platforms such as Luminate Demand Edge and other AI-enabled products.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver analytical services as part of an agile team during customer implementations and post-go-live optimization phasesPerform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomaliesTranslate analytical findings into business insights and present them effectively to clientsBuild, configure, and train machine learning models tailored to customer needsConduct what-if simulations and scenario analysis to evaluate alternative strategiesContribute to solution configuration by aligning technical outputs with customer objectivesCollaborate closely with internal teams and support consultants in delivering measurable outcomesParticipate in customer-facing presentations alongside more senior team membersTechnical EnvironmentTools & Platforms: Python, SQL, Azure, ExasolTech Competencies: Data analysis, data visualization, machine learning algorithms, model training and validationWhat We Are Looking ForGraduate degree in Operations Research, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline is preferred; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML projects is acceptableDemonstrated programming experience in Python for data analytics, visualization, and ML model developmentProficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reportingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into business recommendationsAbility to elicit and understand customer goals, concerns, and strategic prioritiesStrong communication skills, with a willingness to present findings and collaborate with peers and clientsSkills and ExpertiseSolid understanding of data engineering and data science conceptsPractical experience with exploratory data analysis, model configuration, and evaluationProficiency in common Python libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seabornInterest in building a narrative or storyline using data insightsAcademic background in statistics, AI, ML, or related fieldsOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
