Learn more at doubleverify.com   About The Role DV is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Support Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on ensuring the accuracy, health, and reliability of our measurement data while enabling smooth operational processes across teams. You will partner with Engineering, QA, Implementation, and Product to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation that strengthens data quality and operational performance. Your work will help deliver best-in-class support to both our clients and internal stakeholders.   What you’ll do Become an expert in the usage, health, and quality of measurement, and protect products.  Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and Implementation teams to ensure that our products and processes run smoothly and have the data and tools needed for success. Find opportunities to automate and scale product processes Identify root causes for key product health gaps and develop mitigation plans to help resolve risks. Maintain accurate and complete documentation. Support key projects and initiatives with robust ad-hoc reporting and analysis.   Who You Are B.A. /B.S. or equivalent/higher level of education in Information Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Statistics, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.  Experience in Support, Operations, or Data Analytics. Excellent data and analytics skills, a track record of making data-driven decisions, and a strong ability to write and edit queries using SQL. Passionate about data, processes, and documentation. Curious, self-starter, with an analytical mind – not afraid to ask questions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate well across different functions and levels within the organization.
