As a Senior Recruiter at Workiva, you will enable recruitment success for our Sales & Go-to-Market (GTM) functions across EMEA, attracting top talent to accelerate Workiva’s growth in the region. In this role, you will be a critical partner to our hiring leaders, a talent attraction expert, and a brand ambassador for Workiva, helping to guide and elevate our hiring practices.What You’ll DoAccelerate hiring success for Workiva’s Sales & GTM functions across EMEA - while supporting other client groups and regions as neededActively use data and market insights to problem-solve and influence positive hiring outcomesProactively anticipate hiring challenges and develop strategies to ensure successful hiring outcomesAct as a consultative partner to our hiring leaders to continuously elevate hiring practicesBuild trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders through clear, transparent communicationContribute to a best-in-class candidate experiencePartner with internal People & Culture teams to drive people success across the organisationLead and contribute to elevation projects within the Talent Acquisition organisationServe as a talent brand ambassador to continuously elevate our local and global talent brandFoster an environment of integrity and a commitment to a fair and equitable culture, with an emphasis on Workiva’s strong commitment to our valuesWhat You’ll NeedMinimum Qualifications6+ years of related career experience in recruitmentExperience recruiting for Sales & GTM talent within SaaS organisationsUndergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant career experience and expertisePreferred QualificationsStrong understanding of end-to-end recruitment life cycle processes and proven success recruiting for all levels of an organisationExcellent consultation capabilitiesAbility to manage communication, set clear expectations, and build rapport with both candidates and hiring leadersStrong business and commercial acumen to effectively influence hiring strategiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritise against business-critical goalsStrong technical capability with HRIS and ATS platforms (experience with Workday and Gem is a plus)Experience leveraging productivity, collaboration, and AI platforms in a digital environmentExperience working within a SaaS software organisationTravel Requirement & Working ConditionsUp to 10% travel for team meetings or company eventsReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva officeWorkiva is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
