Participates with multiple stakeholders of multiple portfolio of projects to plan network release calendars. Ensures successful delivery of the portfolio on time and budgetResponsible for providing comprehensive input to stakeholders to support decision makingProactively communicates issues and risks and escalate conflicts, proposing options for resolutionAble to drive effective conflict resolution between stakeholdersManages all stakeholder communications with respect to project and operations statusIn addition to building effective working relationships with stakeholders, the manager partners with stakeholders to execute against agreed-upon commitmentsResponsible for managing stakeholder escalations/priority shifts to resolution and/or senior management escalationManagement ReportingParticipates in monthly operational reviews of platform performance and roadmapsEnsures that operational fixes are translated into engineering plansCollects, analyzes, organizes and presents data on projects and operations to senior managementExecutes against operational KPIsNetwork OptimizationSets key performance indicators and metrics that are aligned with NSE and Product Management objectives.
