Using cutting-edge analytics tools and experimentation platforms, we partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance user experience and marketing performance.   About the role:   As our Senior Web Analytics Manager, you'll be the data strategist who shapes how we measure, analyze, and optimize our web presence. You'll own our web analytics infrastructure, support conversion rate optimization initiatives, and provide insights that influence content, UX, and demand generation strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work with massive datasets, implement sophisticated tracking solutions, and directly impact how millions of users experience our brand. Define and maintain analytics measurement plans, KPIs, and dashboards for all SmartBear web properties   Produce regular insights reports for web, SEO, paid media, and product marketing stakeholders Administer Google Analytics 4 configuration and properties, ensuring clean, reliable data collection Manage Google Tag Manager containers, including governance, naming conventions, and quality assurance Support A/B testing strategy from ideation through implementation and results analysis Partner with UI/UX and development teams to implement tracking requirements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Manage cookie consent implementations and ensure data collection complies with regional privacy laws Stay current on privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and maintain compliant tagging practices   We are looking for you if you have: 6+ years in digital analytics, with 2+ years leading large-scale GA4 implementations   Expertise with Google Tag Manager 360, including server-side tagging and custom JavaScript variables  Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting and implementing tracking scripts   Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for ad-hoc analysis   Experience building and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests in platforms like VWO, Convert.com, or Optimizely   Strong skills in Looker Studio for dashboard creation and visualization   Experience with marketing operations tools and workflows   Excellent communication skills with the ability to transform data into compelling stories and recommendations   Understanding of 6sense or similar account-based marketing platforms   Nice to have:   Experience with Tableau for advanced data visualization   Proven track record leveraging AI tools to expedite analysis and streamline workflows Familiarity with privacy-focused consent management platforms Exposure to SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Google Search Console Prior experience in B2B SaaS or developer-focused products   Why you should join the SmartBear crew: You can grow your career at every level.
