The future of cybersecurity starts with you.About the Role:CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Director of Engineering as part of the Exposure management group which encompasses Vulnerability management, Surface, Attack path, and posture management groups, reporting to the VP Engineering. As a key member of the Exposure management team, you will focus on a broad area of the product. You will play a critical role in the exposure management engineering organization and will be responsible for driving the technical strategy, roadmap and OKR’s for your areas of responsibility. In this role, the successful candidate would be technically profound, have domain knowledge of asset management, exposure management, including a strong understanding of some of the current prevalent products in the space. Along with experience building and leading a team focused on building scalable cloud-based solutions. What You'll Do:This critical role in the organization will be responsible for leading the charge on building innovative solutions leveraging and building a consolidated exposure management platform for various first and 3rd party data sourcesBuild in best practices of software development; code review, automated tests, agile development, retrospective, incremental improvements and continuous deploymentWork on cross-team platform-level initiatives and projects.
