Reporting to the Director of Global Partner Marketing Experience and working closely with members of the Partner Marketing organization, this role assists in content creation, program management, reporting, and execution across a broad range of partner marketing initiatives.  This position is ideal for a highly organized, creative, analytically minded, and proactive individual seeking to develop in-depth expertise in the channel and partner marketing.ResponsibilitiesContributes to the planning and execution of global partner marketing programs including the annual Global Partner Awards programSupports highly targeted partner marketing programs to encourage strategic engagement with Equinix partnersResponsible for partner-facing marketing tools including tool optimization, partner experience and utilization reporting  Supports the development of partner facing content and collateral (solutions briefs, whitepapers, video) in support of solution positioning and messagingAssists with organic social media campaigns to drive successful partner marketing activities and partner engagementWorks with Partner Marketing Managers to support to-partner marketing activities including partner communications, enablement and to-partner marketing activitiesWorks with Partner Marketing Operations to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of partner marketing key performance indicators including partner generated leads and marketing sourced opportunities,Liaises with global/regional marketing, channel sales and partner programs for alignment with programs, solutions, products and operationsCore CompetenciesCommunication: Clear and concise written communication tailored for internal and partner-facing outputs.  Exchanges straightforward information asks questions and checks for understandingOrganization: Structured and dependable; capable of tracking deadlines and coordinating across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environmentData-oriented approach: analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insightsCollaboration: Works well with multiple stakeholders and adapts to changing prioritiesAdaptable: ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyProblem Solving · Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments ImpactSpecific SkillsProgram Management: Experience managing all aspects of global program including execution, reporting and communicationBudget Management: Ensures compliance to budget processes by managing costs within agreed goalsTools: Familiarity with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Excel and TableauContent Drafting: Capable of drafting clear, concise copy for marketing assets and sales enablementCompetitive & Market Research: Ability to gather and synthesize publicly available information and internal dataQualifications3+ years of experience preferredBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferredExperience with global channel ecosystem; VAR, MSP, GSI, NSP and Distribution preferred, but not requiredEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.  If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.
