Apollo.io is seeking a seasoned GTM Technical Enablement Lead to drive and scale our enablement programs across sales, solutions consulting, and customer success teams. In this pivotal role, you'll empower our customer-facing teams to confidently position Apollo’s agentic AI platform, ensuring they deeply understand how our technology transforms traditional GTM tech stacks into streamlined, AI-driven engines that accelerate pipeline generation.
You will leverage your blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and enablement experience to ensure teams can translate technical capabilities into strategic customer value, driving adoption, satisfaction, and growth.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Apollo’s GTM technical enablement strategies and programs.
Creating and delivering engaging, insightful technical enablement materials including product demos, technical playbooks, competitive positioning, and sales narratives.
Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to distill complex product innovations into clear, actionable content.
Defining and tracking clear success metrics for enablement effectiveness, adjusting strategies based on feedback and data insights.
Ensuring the Apollo GTM teams deeply understand and can effectively articulate the business value of an agentic AI-driven sales approach.
Partnering closely with GTM leadership to drive strategic enablement initiatives aligned with Apollo’s growth objectives.
Staying current with GTM tech stack trends and proactively incorporating emerging technologies and methods into enablement programs.
Day in the Life:
Designing and delivering interactive enablement sessions and workshops to sales, solutions, and customer success teams.
Conducting technical deep-dives and training sessions to enhance team proficiency in Apollo’s product suite and agentic AI workflows.
Continuously assessing team enablement needs and swiftly adapting content and delivery approaches.
Serving as a technical enablement champion, proactively engaging teams to uncover knowledge gaps and foster continuous learning.
Regularly collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering to stay ahead of platform updates, ensuring GTM teams remain informed and agile.
Providing coaching and consultative support to sales and solutions teams on complex customer scenarios and product positioning.
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Technical Enablement, or a similar technical GTM role.
Proven track record in a technical sales enablement role within a SaaS or AI-focused technology company.
Hands-on experience with modern GTM tech stacks, CRM, automation tools, and AI-driven platforms.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable articulating complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to translate product capabilities into clear customer value narratives.
Experience designing, deploying, and measuring the impact of technical enablement programs.
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Additional Desired Characteristics:
Previous direct sales experience or customer-facing technical sales roles.
Experience with revenue operations, outbound sales strategy, or growth-focused initiatives.
Background in data-driven decision-making, with proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
Familiarity with responsible AI principles and an understanding of ethical AI practices.
Entrepreneurial mindset with prior experience in startup environments or fast-growing tech companies.
