We enable product teams to move quickly while maintaining the trust and safety required in regulated environments. As our presence in Poland grows, we are looking for a seasoned engineer who can support and build our compliance components. In this role, your work will directly support teams building products that impact millions of users - ensuring those products meet critical standards in healthcare, life sciences, and beyond.   Mandatory Requirements:  You have 3+ years of professional software development experience You have experience with TypeScript, JavaScript and React You have experience with Node.js You have experience working with legacy codebases You speak English proficiently You are oriented for solving problems regardless of technology - small modifications of Java or PHP will happen time to time Candidate will be expected to:  Attend and engage in weekly stand ups, team meetings, manager 1:1s Work collaboratively with other engineers, team members and across teams  Play a role in developing and fostering Box culture in the newly created office Represent Box Poland internally and externally Participate in our on-call rotation, available at all times while on-call to help respond to and triage any issues that arise.
