Our interns are given the opportunity to work on projects that deliver real business value, network with associates worldwide, learn about our cutting-edge supply chain technology and develop world-class business knowledge. With an internship at Blue Yonder, a growth-mindset oriented company, the great possibilities for you to develop your career are endless.UX Design Intern (Hybrid)What do we intend togetherAt Blue Yonder, the Luminate™ Platform UX team is responsible for providing holistic experience for products and solutions running on our digital supply chain platform.We design and develop a set of intelligent platform services including an underlying design system that wires the solutions on the platform together.We will be happy to see you as a part of our interdisciplinary UX team who works together with engineers, product owners, and product designers on building an adopting enterprise-grade design system.What your role is with us:Collaboration in a diverse and inclusive environment with software engineers and designers on developing modern platform UX and establishing related design operations.Research and evaluate new requirements based on feedback from multiple stakeholders and end users.Design solutions and interactive prototypes using modern design tools.Providing design specifications and supporting platform engineers in agile environment during implementation of your designs.Helping peer product designers and teams to adopt the design system and platform services by supporting the design community and active sharing and evangelizing your design across different product teams. What we offer:Build a best-in-class UX for intelligent supply chain applications.Work on the complex and compelling use cases from the modern enterprise worldBeing part of a highly collaborative and global team that listens and learns from each other.Be supported in your career development through mentoring and on the job training.Office in Karlsruhe, a beautiful, green, and bike-friendly city centrally located in the south of Germany close to the Black Forest, France, and Switzerland…Hybrid and flexible working environment with combination of remote and onsite working modes.What you can bring to us:Understanding fundamentals of UX process and some practical portfolio (on university or real-world projects)Ability to work on complex problems and deliver roadmaps for their resolutions.Openness to engineering and product mindset, along with design.Ability to find a feasible design solution within given constraints.Love to details, careful documentation of designs.Familiarity with design systems is a plus.Basic command of English, both written and spoken, is essential. You'll need to effectively communicate, collaborate, and create in an English-speaking environment. Beneficial Skills:
