The opportunityWe’re searching for a Data & Insight Solutions Consultant to join our team!What You'll DoAs a Solution Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our customers and prospects, understanding their business landscape and objectives whilst demonstrating and articulating the value of the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. You'll provide our customers with advice on digital change, helping them to utilise Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time CDP and Adobe Target to strengthen their brand and grow their business.As a core member of the team, you’ll also collaborate with and support our sales, customer success and product organisations in order to support the sale, adoption and renewal of Adobe solutions.The ideal candidate will have a mix of immediate Presales (Solution Consulting) experience and a blended technical and digital marketing knowledge set with a critical eye for presentation and compelling demonstrations. You’ll have the confidence to discuss our solutions and technology with both marketing and IT customer at all levels.You’ll need the following skills and experiences to be successful:Three years or more experience in a Presales capacity positioning and demonstrating analytical, personalisation and customer data solutions, ideally with aligned Adobe solutions.A very strong understanding of Marketing, Data and Analytics technology and how this can drive digital transformation and business outcomes.A very strong understanding of Digital Marketing and emerging trendsExperience with a subset of, or all of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Real-Time CDP and Adobe Customer Journey AnalyticsBasic knowledge of Campaign Management/Marketing Automation solutions and how they interface with Analytics, Personalisation and Customer Data solutions would be an advantage.Familiar with Enterprise Architecture concepts, knowing where and how Adobe Solutions typically sit and add value.
