What You’ll NeedRequired Qualifications15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, demonstrating increasing complexity, scale, and responsibility.Desired Skills and ExperienceEducationBA/BS Degree and MBAProfessional ExperienceAbility to manage mission-critical technology platforms, applications, and IT infrastructure at scale (in organizations exceeding $1B and with 5,000+ employees globally).Proven track record of delivering cross-functional, tech-forward operational transformations across core functions (IT, Finance, and GTM).Led and implemented strategies transforming global finance organizations, including successful ERP and Billing system implementations.Successfully managed complex, global M&A initiatives, participating in the entire M&A life cycle from due diligence through post-merger integration and/or divestiture.Knowledge and AgilityDemonstrates a background with a broad and deep understanding of emerging trends and technologies.Agile thinker with a strong leadership presence, capable of influencing peers, senior executives, and the industry at large.Able to manage up and down the organization internally and externally.Provides examples of complex global stakeholder management in publicly traded organizations.Has a track record of leading, organizing, and developing high-performing global teams through candid and empathetic coaching and mentoring.Team Dynamics and MotivationA self-motivated and results-oriented team player.Leads by example, showcasing accountability for performance and taking absolute ownership.Champions all aspects of the program, rejecting setbacks.Persists enthusiastically until ambitious goals are achieved, both personally and from a team perspective.Resourceful and innovative in addressing complex technical objectives.Possesses a high energy level, reacting quickly and decisively to situations.Demonstrates self-confidence to be assertive when taking a position and is unafraid to make decisions.Leadership Presence and CollaborationCompelling leadership style with exceptional people management skills, program management, and business and technology expertise.Inspires confidence through an intellectual and executive presence.Acts as a true business partner across the organization, contributing to broader business conversations beyond functional expertise.Remote-Ready ExcellenceYour reliable internet connection is the conduit for brilliance, enabling you to unleash your talents from the comfort of virtually anywhere.Rest assured, this role embodies flexibility, with typically no more than 15% travel on the horizon.How You’ll Be Rewarded:Salary range in the US: $220,000.00 - $297,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annuallyRestricted Stock Units granted at time of hire401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
