We hold regular staff events in our atrium stage space including hosting speakers and open mic nights to showcase Live Nation employee talent.Who you areThis role could suit someone with a background in ticketing, tour accounting, touring or other operational roles within the live entertainment industry.Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / ExperienceProven track record in touring would be highly advantageousExperience working in live entertainment is essentialDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships within the music industryStrong planning and strategic thinking abilities.In-depth understanding of the global music scene and market dynamics.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Behaviours Collaborative mindset with both internal teams and external partners.Analytical and data driven thinkerWhat the role includesBuild business plans for incoming tours, ensuring they're accurate and built within the parameters that the artist cares about. You’ll use your knowledge of the industry as well as data that is available to you to refine markets, ticket scaling, costs and venue selectionLead on routing tours that you are assigned, working with local markets to gather avails and pull together optimal routes that are both efficient and cost-effective for the artists you’re working withDevelop and maintain strong relationships with artist teams, serving as their go-to contact from the moment a tour is confirmed until it's concluded.Oversee the full tour lifecycle after a show's confirmation. You’ll be responsible for driving the on-sale process, amplifying marketing efforts, adjusting ticket scaling and managing the P&L for the tour to maximising each tours success and profitabilityExecute each tour flawlessly, working with production and finance to ensure robust advancement, successful delivery on the night, and accurate artist settlements to close out each tourBuild strong and collaborative relationships with internal teams - from finance to marketing, ticketing, and local promoters.
