Job Summary:The Festival Ticketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Festival Ticketing Managers in various ways including festival ticketing fulfillment.  The primary responsibilities are to provide accurate ticketing reporting and to liaise with ticketing providers and C3 festival event staff to coordinate all ticket orders, internal fulfillment of working and patron credentials, event wristband inventory, warehouse logistics and Box Office and guestlist operations at C3 festival events as assigned.Responsibilities:Process and fulfill ticket requests, internal orders, sponsorship ticket orders, working credentials and any other requests for all C3 FestivalsCommunicate appropriately regarding event ticket orders with C3 ticketing, internal patrons, and the ticketing providerMaintain an accurate inventory report of all wristbands and supplies and coordinate shipping to and from festival sitesCreate and maintain festival and/or daily ticketing reports including will call reports for Festival Ticketing ManagersCoordinate logistics with Warehouse Manager and Festival Ticketing Managers to ensure that all event items are shipped and/or delivered to site according to deadlinesAct as Box Office or Ticketing staff for any C3 event as assignedAssist Festival Ticketing Managers with wristband inventory orders and tracking of fulfillment deadlinesDevelop and maintain full understanding of various ticketing platforms including event building, troubleshooting and order processingSupport the C3 Ticketing Team in the office daily as appropriateOther duties and events as assignedQualifications:1-3 years’ experience in ticketing, box office operations, credentials, or similar work environmentsKnowledge of standard ticketing and festival event procedures and best practices.  RFID is a bonus.Must be organized, self-driven, and goal-orientedProblem solver and forward thinkingAbility to multi-task, meet deadlines and excel under pressureSuperior administrative skills, with great attention to details to ensure accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with personable and professional dispositionSolid computer/database - proficiency in Microsoft applications and Ticketing softwareFlexibility in work hours and availability, especially during major projects and events.  Some holidays, weekends, and early morning/evening hours will apply.Ability and desire to travel as neededC3 Core Competencies: Demonstrate integrity in the way you operate in day-to-day business and the way you deal with people Communicate effectively with various audiences by organizing and delivering information appropriately and listening actively to others Proactively seek solutions to problems.  Be enthusiastic and energetic in your approach to your job.  Commit to putting in extra effort with a positive attitude. Be flexible in handling change, able to juggle multiple demands, and adaptable to new situations with fresh ideas or innovative approaches Stay composed, confident, optimistic, and in problem-solving mode when the going gets tough Possess the skills needed to perform your job well, paying close attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness
